AOSED has developed the DEKHA (দেখা) mobile application (“App”) as a private, internal-use tool for our NGO operations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information gathered through this app. The app is not for sale, contains no advertisements, and is intended solely for internal use by AOSED organization team members.

The app is used to organize and manage data related to NGO beneficiaries (persons who are receiving benefits from the NGO). Its main functions include:

- Profile photo (uploaded via device camera or file access)

We use the collected data only for organizational purposes including:

- Beneficiary service planning

We do not share any data collected through this app with third parties. Data is securely stored and accessible only to authorized AOSED staff members.

6. Permissions Used
The App requires the following permissions:
- Camera or File Access: To allow users to upload beneficiary photos.
- No SMS, call logs, or contact list data are accessed or stored.
7. No Advertisements
This app does not contain any ads and is not monetized.
8. Audience and Use Restrictions
The app is intended staff members of AOSED NGO.It is not targeted toward or made available to the general public or children under the age of 13.
9. Content Rating
This App is for internal organizational use. It is not a news app and does not include any public-facing media content.
10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The DEKHA app does not use any cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies.
11. Compliance with Bangladesh Laws
We are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh, including but not limited to the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Act and any relevant data protection or privacy laws applicable to NGOs and data collection.
12. Third-Party Services
The DEKHA app does not use or connect to any third-party services, SDKs, APIs, or analytics platforms. All data is collected and stored within AOSED’s internal systems and is not transmitted externally.
