Ensure access to secure and sufficient food for all, in particular the deprived communities especially among infants during the emergency situations, and round the year in the coastal zone. Through action research, capacity development of community, on local level adaptation techniques, appropriate use of land and water, diversify crop production, reduce use of agro chemicals and crop damage and market linkage, advocacy for land zoning and agro/crop insurance.
